Through affordable creative and professional space, independent business, art, sustainability, cultural programming, and community-driven initiatives, we're creating a place where people can work, create, gather, experiment, learn, and grow.

The campus is home to Higher Vibes Studios, Vibehaus ATX, and Bring Back the Weird—three interconnected projects that provide space for independent businesses, artists, makers, organizers, and community members while creating opportunities for collaboration, cultural exchange, and collective growth.

We believe a thriving city needs more than culture to consume—it needs places where culture can be created, shared, sustained, and passed on.
