Welcome!

Higher Vibes ATX is a multi-use creative campus built to support artists, entrepreneurs, and community. Located near Central Market on North Lamar, the space reimagines its surroundings—introducing art, connection, and creative energy into an area evolving into a new kind of commercial and cultural landscape.

The campus includes studio spaces for beauty, wellness, and creative professionals at Higher Vibes Studios, as well as Vibehaus ATX, a warehouse venue and cultural hub, which includes events, exhibitions, markets, and immersive experiences, alongside a marketplace and creative coworking lounge supporting local goods, shared resources, and emerging brands.

Founded by, CEO Xanya Davis, a Black woman, and Austin local, committed to building space where culture can thrive, Higher Vibes ATX exists as both a creative ecosystem and a statement—proof that new stories can be built anywhere.

Inside Vibehaus:

  • Event Venue – Cultural programming and rentals for events, fashion shows, workshops, classes, photoshoots, and celebrations.

  • VibeHaus Gallery – Rotating exhibitions celebrating diverse creatives, their stories, and their work.

  • VibeHaus Bazaar - A marketplace for local makers, artists, vintage curators, designers, and unconventional creatives, featuring a creative-reuse and thrift corner.
